These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dr Vahe Clinic website and your purchase of products and services from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Dr Vahe Clinic is located at 25 Ives Street, London, SW3 2ND.

2. Products & Services

We offer skincare products, supplements, peptide products and clinical services. All product descriptions, images and pricing are provided in good faith but may be subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Peptide Products — Research Use & Doctor-Supervised Optimisation

Research Use: Peptide products purchased for research purposes are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or as food additives or dietary supplements. By purchasing peptides for research, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing the product solely for legitimate research purposes.
• You will not use, administer, or allow the product to be used for human or animal consumption outside of a physician-supervised protocol.
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally able to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
• You understand that the product has not been evaluated or approved by the MHRA, FDA, or any other regulatory body for therapeutic use.
• Any descriptions of peptide mechanisms of action provided on this website are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Doctor-Supervised Optimisation: Where peptide protocols are provided as part of our clinical services, the following applies:

• All protocols are prescribed and supervised by qualified physicians at Dr Vahe Clinic.
• Patients undergo an initial consultation, blood work and health assessment before any peptide protocol is commenced.
• Ongoing monitoring, follow-up blood work and clinical check-ins are integral to every protocol.
• Peptide pens supplied as part of supervised protocols are pharmaceutical-grade, sourced from licensed compounding pharmacies with full certificates of analysis.
• Dr Vahe Clinic accepts no liability for any use of peptide products outside of an active physician-supervised protocol.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery service selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing for international orders.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Peptide products and prescription items cannot be returned once dispatched for safety and regulatory reasons. To request a return, please contact us at info@doctorvahe.com.

7. Clinical Services

Clinical treatments, consultations, IV therapy and blood tests are provided by qualified medical professionals. All clinical services require a prior consultation. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is not clinically appropriate. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics and software, is the property of Dr Vahe Clinic and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr Vahe Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products and services.
